This my best recipe for carrot cake lovers. Very moist and just the right amount of carrot flavor in the layer. A hint of nutmeg with white raisins and walnuts. It's so good, frosting is optional.
A lovely Banana Cake that has a hint of cinnamon. It is a light but moist layer that can be eaten warm or dolled up with a Vanilla Buttercream frosting and garnished with walnuts.
